Selection of Contractors and Subcontractors. Before commencing construction of any Alterations, Tenant shall submit to Landlord the names of Tenant’s general contractor (the “General Contractor”) and subcontractors for Landlord’s approval. If Landlord shall reject the General Contractor or any subcontractor, Landlord shall advise Tenant of the reasons(s) in writing and Tenant shall submit another selection to Landlord for Landlord’s approval.

If Landlord shall reject the General Contractor or any subcontractor, Landlord shall advise Tenant of the reasons(s) in writing and Tenant shall submit another selection to Landlord for Landlord’s approval.
