Selection of Expert if Parties Do Not Agree. In the event there are no common names on the Parties’ lists, the lists of potential Title Experts submitted by the Parties shall be submitted to The International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (“CPR”) on or before five (5) Business Days after the submission of the Parties’ respective lists, and the CPR shall select the Title Expert from the Parties’ lists. The Title Expert need not be on the CPR’s panel of neutrals.
