Selection of Project Manager. PacifiCorp and the County will work in good faith to promptly select a mutually agreeable Project Manager who has appropriate qualifications to perform the work identified in the Scope of Work. The County will comply with its obligations under Government Code section 4526 to engage engineering and environmental firms on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications and at fair and reasonable prices to the County. The County will abide by its procurement policies in selecting the Project Manager.
