Selection of the Grant Recipient and Administrative Entity. In accordance with Section 117(c)(3)(A) of the Act, the FVWDB and the XXX agree that: X. Xxx Valley Workforce Development Board, Inc. shall function as the Administrative Entity responsible for carrying out the goals and objectives set forth in the Plan, for the duration of this agreement. X. Xxx Valley Workforce Development Board, Inc. shall function as the Grant Recipient of funds under the Act.
