Selective Market Adjustment Sample Clauses
The Selective Market Adjustment clause allows for targeted changes to contract terms in response to specific market fluctuations or conditions. Typically, this clause enables parties to adjust prices, delivery schedules, or other key terms only for certain products, services, or markets affected by significant changes, rather than applying a blanket adjustment across the entire agreement. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility and fairness by ensuring that only the impacted portions of the contract are modified, thereby preventing unnecessary or disproportionate changes and helping both parties manage risk in volatile market environments.
