SELF- DECLARATION. 20.1. Workers will not be disadvantaged for self-disclosure and therefore will be supported through counselling and rehabilitation processes and provided with the Support contained in this policy. In such cases the worker will be permitted to access personal leave in the first instance, then accrued leave, and may return to work when fit for duty.
