Common use of Self-Directed IRA Investments Clause in Contracts

Self-Directed IRA Investments. If your Beneficiary IRA is self-directed, you may invest your IRA assets in deposit investments as well as in various nondeposit investments. Nondeposit investments may include investments in property, annuities, mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and government, municipal and U.S. Treasury securities, and other similar investments. Most, if not all, of the nondeposit investments we offer are subject to investment risks, including possible loss of the principal amount invested.
