The Self-Hauled Materials clause defines the rules and responsibilities when a party transports its own materials to or from a project site, rather than using a third-party carrier. Typically, this clause outlines requirements for documentation, safety standards, and liability for any damage or loss during transport. Its core function is to clarify accountability and ensure that all parties understand who is responsible for the materials while they are being self-hauled, thereby reducing disputes and managing risk.
Self-Hauled Materials. A Commercial business Owner, Occupant or Resident may Dispose of Solid 81 Waste, Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, and C&D generated in or on their own Premises 82 with their own vehicle;
Self-Hauled Materials. A Commercial business Owner or Resident may Dispose of materials 68 generated in or on their own Premises using their own vehicles and equipment, and, with 69 respect to a commercial business, it own employees;
Self-Hauled Materials. A Commercial Business Owner or Resident may Collect and Transport Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, Solid Waste, and Construction and Demolition Debris for Processing generated in or on their own Premises with their own vehicle. However, the Owner or Resident shall be required to subscribe to and pay for the minimum required level of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials Collection services provided by the Contractor in accordance with Exhibit B.
Self-Hauled Materials. Persons whose Premise is outside of the Universal Collection Area may 707 self-haul, for Disposal or Processing, Discarded Materials generated in or on their own 708 Premises. Persons whose Premise is located within a Universal Collection Area may self-haul, 709 for Disposal or Processing, Discarded Materials generated in or on their own Premises 710 provided that they also shall be responsible for maintaining a minimum level of service from 711 a franchise hauler to ensure that the County’s obligation to public health and safety is met.
