Self-Insured Retentions. 1.3.6.1. Self-insured retentions must be declared to and approved by Pierce County. Any and all deductibles and SIRs shall be the sole responsibility of Contractor and shall not apply to the Indemnified Additional Insured Parties. Pierce County reserves the right to obtain a copy of any policies and endorsements for verification.
