Common use of Self-Pay Accounts Collection Analysis Clause in Contracts

Self-Pay Accounts Collection Analysis. On any date on which the Borrower is required to deliver a Borrowing Base Certificate in accordance with Section 6.9(a) (Borrowing Base Determination), the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a Self-Pay Accounts Collection Analysis with respect to the eighteen (18) consecutive month period ending on the last day of the calendar month most recently ended, together with a certificate of a Responsible Officer of the Borrower certifying as to the accuracy and completeness of the information provided thereby; provided, that during a Liquidity Event Period, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a Self-Pay Accounts Collection Analysis reflecting all information that is available to, or can be obtained by, any Group Member in respect of collection of Self-Pay Accounts from the end of the period covered by the most recently delivered Self-Pay Accounts Collection Analysis to the end of the week covered by such Borrowing Base Certificate.
