Common use of Self-regulatory organizations Clause in Contracts

Self-regulatory organizations. Where a Party requires a financial institution or a cross-border financial service supplier of the other Party to be a member of, participate in, or have access to, a self-regulatory organization to provide a financial service in or into the territory of that Party, the Party shall ensure observance of the obligations of Articles 10.2 and 10.3 by such self-regulatory organization.

Self-regulatory organizations. Where a Party requires a financial institution or a cross-border financial service supplier of the other Party to be a member of, participate in, or have access to, a self-self regulatory organization to provide a financial service in or into the territory of that Party, the Party shall ensure observance of the obligations of Articles 10.2 12.2 and 10.3 12.3 by such self-self regulatory organization.

Where a Party requires a financial institution or a cross-border financial service supplier of the other Party to be a member of, participate in, or have access to, to a self-self- regulatory organization in order to provide a financial service in or into the territory of that Partyits territory, the Party shall ensure observance of that such self-regulatory organization complies with the obligations of Articles 10.2 14.2 and 10.3 by such self-regulatory organization14.3.
