Self-Service Facility. At all times during the Term and the Wind Down Period, NeuLion shall make available to Subscribers a web-based self-service facility (the “Self-Service Facility”) that will allow each Subscriber to, among other things, obtain and print such Subscriber’s past and present Service billing statements and access and modify such Subscriber’s Service account and payment information.
