The Trustee is hereby granted all powers necessary to sell, convey, lease, transfer, exchange, grant options to purchase or otherwise dispose of any Trust asset on any terms deemed by the Trustee to be in the best interests of the Trust, to execute and deliver deeds, leases, bills of sale, and other instruments of whatever character, and to take or cause to be taken all action deemed necessary or proper by the Trustee in furtherance of this authority.
