Common use of Sell Price Range to End Users Clause in Contracts

Sell Price Range to End Users. It is hereby agreed that the sell price of each unit of the Product to the end users shall be retail price that not be less than 39.95 US Dollars and shall not exceed the amount of $89.00 US Dollars.
