Seller and Buyer hereby appoint Escrow Agent to serve as escrow agent hereunder, and the Escrow Agent. agrees to act as escrow agent hereunder in accordance with the provisions, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement. The Escrow Agent hereby acknowledges receipt of the Deposit. Escrow Agent shall invest the Deposit as directed by Buyer.
