Seller as Scheduling Coordinator for the Project. During the Delivery Term, Seller shall be its own Scheduling Coordinator or designate a qualified third party to provide Scheduling Coordinator services with its Transmission Provider to Schedule and deliver the Product to the Delivery Point and Buyer shall be its own Scheduling Coordinator or designate a qualified third party to provide Scheduling Coordinator services with its Transmission Provider to Schedule and receive the Product at the Delivery Point. Throughout the Delivery Term, Buyer and Seller shall submit inter-SC trades for scheduling all Product from the Project at the Delivery Point (including Energy, Integrated Forward Market Load Uplift Obligations in respect of self-scheduled Energy, and other Product from time to time contemplated under the CAISO Tariff to be subject to inter-SC trades), based on a final Schedule developed in compliance with this Agreement.
