Common use of Seller Closing Certificate Clause in Contracts

Seller Closing Certificate. Purchaser shall have received a certificate, duly executed by an authorized officer of each Seller, certifying as to the matters set forth in Sections 7.2(a), (b) and (c).

Seller Closing Certificate. Purchaser Buyer shall have received a certificate, duly executed by an authorized officer of each Seller, certifying as to the matters set forth in Sections 7.2(aSection 3.3(b)(i), (bSection 3.3(b)(ii) and (cSection 3.3(b)(iii).

Seller Closing Certificate. Purchaser Buyer shall have received a certificate, duly executed by an authorized officer of each Seller, certifying as to the matters set forth in Sections 7.2(aSection 3.4(b)(i), (bSection 3.4(b)(ii) and (cSection 3.4(b)(iii).

Seller Closing Certificate. Purchaser Buyers shall have received a certificate, duly executed by an authorized officer of each Seller, certifying as to the matters set forth in Sections 7.2(a), (bSection 4.3(b)(i) and (cSection 4.3(b)(ii).

Seller Closing Certificate. Purchaser At or prior to the Closing, Buyer shall have received a certificate, certificate signed by a duly executed by an authorized officer of each Seller, Seller certifying as to the matters fulfilment of the conditions set forth in Sections 7.2(a‎Section 8.3(a), (b‎Section 8.3(b) and ‎Section 8.3(c) (cthe “Seller Closing Certificate”).
