Common use of Seller Deliverable Items Clause in Contracts

Seller Deliverable Items. Within two (2) business days after the Effective Date, Seller shall deliver to Purchaser, to the extent not previously delivered by Seller to Purchaser, if in Seller’s possession, the items and documents related to the Property referenced on Schedule 5.3 attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the “Seller Deliverable Items”). The Seller Deliverable Items shall be delivered without any representation or warranty as to the completeness or accuracy of the same or any other matter relating thereto.
