Common use of Seller Diligence Deliveries Clause in Contracts

Seller Diligence Deliveries. Within 10 days after the Effective Date, Seller shall deliver or make available to Purchaser either at the Property or through an electronic data room the information related to the Property in Seller’s or the Company’s possession listed on Exhibit B attached hereto (the “Seller Diligence Deliveries”). Purchaser acknowledges that the Seller Diligence Deliveries will be delivered or made available to Purchaser by Seller as a convenience only, without any representation or warranty as to accuracy or completeness except as specifically set forth herein. Neither Seller, nor any affiliate of Seller, shall have any liability to Purchaser for any inaccuracy in or omission from such Seller Diligence Deliveries.
