Seller Failure to Deliver Facility Output Energy. If Seller fails to deliver Facility Output as required by this Agreement or the associated Environmental Attributes, including Bundled RECs, and such failure is not excused by Force Majeure, or by PGE’s breach of this Agreement, Seller shall owe PGE an amount as calculated below:
