Common use of Seller Guarantees and Surety Instruments Clause in Contracts

Seller Guarantees and Surety Instruments. Buyer shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to assist Seller in obtaining full and complete releases of the guarantees, letters of credit, bonds and other surety instruments listed in Schedule 6.15. In this connection, Buyer agrees to provide a guaranty, letter of credit, bond or other surety instrument at Closing to replace those listed in Schedule 6.15.
