Seller Must Report Violations. Buyer understands that it is the affirmative duty of Seller, any employee or agent of Seller, and any real estate licensee, to report immediately to the Real Estate Commission any person who violates or attempts to violate the Sales to Owner-Occupant Law. Seller, any agent or employee of Seller, or any real estate licensee shall not violate or aid any person in violating the Sales to Owner-Occupant Law.
