Common use of Seller, on Buyer’s behalf Clause in Contracts

Seller, on Buyer’s behalf. shall service or contract with a Servicer to service the Purchased Mortgage Loans consistent with the degree of skill and care that such Servicer customarily requires with respect to similar Mortgage Loans owned or managed by such Servicer and in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices. The Servicer shall (i) comply with all applicable Requirements of Law, (ii) maintain all state and federal licenses necessary for it to perform its servicing responsibilities under the Servicing Agreement and (iii) not impair the rights of Buyer in any Purchased Mortgage Loan or any payment thereunder.
