Seller Parent, the Other Sellers and Seller Obligations. At the Closing, Seller Parent, the Other Sellers and Seller, as applicable, shall execute and deliver to Purchaser, and Seller Parent and Seller shall cause such of its Subsidiaries as are party thereto to execute and deliver to Purchaser, the following in such form and substance as are reasonably acceptable to Purchaser:
