Seller Response to Inspection Defect. If Seller is unable or unwilling to remedy the defect(s) to Buyer's reasonable 216 satisfaction before closing (or at a time otherwise agreed to by the parties), then Buyer may terminate this Agreement 217 or waive such defect(s) and the transaction shall proceed toward closing.
