Seller Service Commitment. Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Seller commits to providing the following services (collectively, the “Services”) to Producer, in each case with respect to delivery and sales of Freshwater purchased by Producer in accordance with Section 2.1:
