Common use of Seller/Servicer Standing Clause in Contracts

Seller/Servicer Standing. Seller is a Xxxxxx Xxx issuer and a HUD approved mortgagee/servicer in good standing with the requisite financial criteria and adequate resources to complete the transactions contemplated hereby on the conditions stated herein. No event has occurred, including but not limited to a change in insurance coverage, which would make Seller unable to comply with Xxxxxx Mae and HUD eligibility requirements or which would require notification to the Agency or HUD. Furthermore, if at any time prior to the termination of this Agreement, the Seller is unable to comply with any of Xxxxxx Xxx or HUD eligibility requirements, it shall immediately notify the Purchaser that it is no longer a Xxxxxx Mae approved issuer or a HUD approved mortgagee/servicer of mortgage loans.
