Seller Taxes. Seller shall be responsible for all Taxes that are imposed on or with respect to the Products at or prior to delivery, sale or transfer thereof to Buyer, except the sales Taxes for which Buyer is responsible under Section 13.2. In addition, and for the avoidance of doubt, Seller shall be responsible for all Taxes imposed on or payable by Seller in connection with the performance of its obligations hereunder, except those Taxes for which Buyer is responsible under Section 9.2hereunder or otherwise with Seller’s Cost Scope.
