Seller to Administer the Building. (a) Until such time as the Building Manager is legally formed and Registered in accordance with the Applicable Law, and recognised by the Relevant Authority, the Seller (or its nominee which may be the Building Manager) or any other party directed to do so by the Relevant Authority shall undertake the functions to administer the Building in accordance with the Building Management Statement.
