Seller to Administer the Building. (a) Until such time as the Building Manager is legally formed and Registered in accordance with the Applicable Law, and recognised by the Relevant Authority, the Seller (or its nominee which may be the Building Manager) or any other party directed to do so by the Relevant Authority shall undertake the functions to administer the Building in accordance with the Building Management Statement. (b) The Purchaser indemnifies and must keep indemnified the Seller (and any nominated manager) against all actions, claims, costs, damages, demands, expenses, liabilities, losses, proceedings or other liability in any way arising directly or indirectly from or otherwise in connection with the Seller undertaking the functions of the Building under the Building Management Statement and DRAFT
