Seller’s Charges; Recorded Deed Not to Show Documentary Transfer Tax Amount. Seller shall pay (i) the County and any City Documentary Transfer Tax, (ii) Fifty percent (50%) of the CLTA Standard title policy premium and fee for a mechanics lien endorsement (but not the added premium for an extended ALTA policy or additional endorsements), (iii) one-half (½) of Escrow Holder’s fee, and (iv) usual seller’s document-drafting and recording charges. Unless Buyer gives Escrow Holder instructions to the contrary, and provided the County Recorder so allows, Escrow Holder shall, at Close of Escrow, cause the Grant Deed to be recorded without setting forth the amount of County and any City Documentary Transfer Tax paid by Seller. The Grant Deed may show such amount after it is recorded.
