Common use of Seller’s Conditions Clause in Contracts

Seller’s Conditions. The obligation of Seller under this Agreement to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby shall be subject to the satisfaction of all the following conditions, any one or more of which may be waived in writing by Seller: (a) Seller shall have received payment of the Purchase Price in accordance with Section 2.02 of this Agreement.
