Common use of Seller’s Conditions Clause in Contracts

Seller’s Conditions. Sellers’ obligations to proceed with the closing of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and to sell and transfer the Assets is conditioned upon the satisfaction or express written waiver by Sellers (in Sellers’ sole discretion) of each of the following:
