Seller’s Documents; Purchase Price. Deliver to Sellers: (i)the Purchase Price; (ii) an original Assignment and Assumption of Leases for each Property; (iii) an original of the Assignment and Assumption of Contracts for each Property; and (iv) such other funds, if any, as may be due to Sellers by reason of credits under this Agreement, less all items chargeable to Sellers under this Agreement.
