Seller’s Existence. So long as any of the Securitization Bonds are outstanding, the Seller shall, subject to Section 5.02, keep in full force and effect its existence and remain in good standing under the laws of the jurisdiction of its organization, and shall obtain and preserve its qualification to do business in each jurisdiction in which such qualification is or will be necessary to protect the validity and enforceability of this Agreement and each other instrument or agreement to which the Seller is a party necessary to the proper administration of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.
