Seller's Fees and Costs. Seller shall pay (i) one-half of Escrow Agent's escrow fee, (ii) usual Seller's document-drafting and recording charges, (iii) the title insurance premium for the CLTA Owner's Title Policy and any endorsements reasonably requested by Buyer's lender, and (iv) the County Documentary Transfer Tax in the amount determined by Escrow Agent and the County Recorder.
