SELLER's Project Representative. SELLER hereby appoints the Director and his or her designee as its project representative for this Agreement and for the Project who will be responsible for coordinating SELLER's activities hereunder with PURCHASER and Governmental Agencies. SELLER will notify PURCHASER prior to appointing any substitute representative.
