Common use of Seller’s Regulatory Approvals Clause in Contracts

Seller’s Regulatory Approvals. The Seller shall have received the Seller's Regulatory Approvals specified in SCHEDULE 6.2(c), in each case without terms and conditions that are reasonably likely to have a material adverse effect on the Seller and in the case of the DTE Approval, with such terms and conditions as are acceptable to the Seller in its sole and absolute discretion;
