Seller’s Right to Accept or Reject Purchase Order. Seller has the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any Order. Seller may accept any Order by confirming the Order (whether by written confirmation, invoice or otherwise) or by delivering such Goods, whichever occurs first. No Order is binding on Seller unless accepted by Seller as provided in this Agreement.
