Seller’s Solicitation and Acceptance of Back-up Offers. Seller may keep the Property on the market during this Sales Contingency period until Seller receives notice that Buyer has satisfied or waived this Sales Contingency. If Seller receives another competitive offer for the Property, Seller shall provide notice to Buyer of the offer and Buyer will have three (3) business days to waive this Sales Contingency. If Buyer does not timely waive this Sales Contingency, the Agreement shall be deemed terminated and Buyer shall be refunded the xxxxxxx money.
