Seller=s Title; Right to Lease. Seller shall retain or acquire title to each Condominium Unit not sold to any other Person. Seller retains the right, at Seller=s sole option, to enter into leases with any third parties for the occupancy of any Condominium Unit so retained or acquired by Seller and not sold to any other Person.

  • Permitted Exceptions The Property shall be conveyed subject to the matters which are, or are deemed to be, Permitted Exceptions pursuant to Article II hereof (herein referred to collectively as the “Permitted Exceptions”).

  • Additional Title Documents The Receiver, the Corporation and the Assuming Institution each agree, at any time, and from time to time, upon the request of any party hereto, to execute and deliver such additional instruments and documents of conveyance as shall be reasonably necessary to vest in the appropriate party its full legal or equitable title in and to the property transferred pursuant to this Agreement or to be transferred in accordance herewith. The Assuming Institution shall prepare such instruments and documents of conveyance (in form and substance satisfactory to the Receiver) as shall be necessary to vest title to the Assets in the Assuming Institution. The Assuming Institution shall be responsible for recording such instruments and documents of conveyance at its own expense.

For purposes of this Subsection, timber cut under cash deposit or pay- ment guarantee under B4.3 shall be considered to have been paid for. Title to any Included Timber that has been cut, Scaled, and paid for, but not removed from Sale Area or other authorized cutting area by Purchaser on or prior to Termination Date, shall remain in Forest Service.
