Common use of Sellers to Remain Liable Clause in Contracts

Sellers to Remain Liable. Buyer and Sellers agree that the grant of a security interest under this Article 11 shall not constitute or result in the creation or assumption by Buyer of any Retained Interest or other obligation of any Seller or any other Person in connection with any Purchased Asset, whether or not Buyer exercises any right with respect thereto. Each Seller shall remain liable under the Purchased Assets to perform all of such Seller’s duties and obligations thereunder to the same extent as if the Repurchase Documents had not been executed.
