Common use of Seller’s Transaction Costs Clause in Contracts

Seller’s Transaction Costs. The Sellers shall pay for the following items in connection with this transaction: (i) the fees and expenses of the Sellers’ legal counsel, accountants, and consultants, (ii) any fees or expenses payable for the assignment, transfer or conveyance of any Contracts, Licenses or Permits; and (iii) the cost of clearing title and filing any documents required for such.

Seller’s Transaction Costs. The Sellers In addition to the other costs and expenses to be paid by Seller set forth elsewhere in this Agreement and the Related Purchase Agreements, Seller shall pay for the following items in connection with this transaction: (i) all costs of recording any title clearance documents; and (ii) the fees and expenses of the Sellers’ legal counselits own attorneys, accountants, accountants and consultants, (ii) any fees or expenses payable for the assignment, transfer or conveyance of any Contracts, Licenses or Permits; and (iii) the cost of clearing title and filing any documents required for such.

Seller’s Transaction Costs.
