Common use of Selling and Servicing Contract Clause in Contracts

Selling and Servicing Contract. (a) The contract (including the PNC Mortgage Securities Corp. Selling Guide and PNC Mortgage Securities Corp. Servicing Guide to the extent incorporated by reference therein) between the Master Servicer and a Person relating to the sale of the Mortgage Loans to the Company and the servicing of such Mortgage Loans, on behalf of the Master Servicer for the benefit of the Certificateholders, which contract is substantially in the form of Exhibit E hereto, as such contract may be amended or modified; provided, however, that any such amendment or modification shall not materially adversely affect the interests and rights of Certificateholders; and (b) any other similar contract providing substantially similar rights and benefits as those provided by the form of contract attached as Exhibit E hereto.
