Common use of Selling Commission Clause in Contracts

Selling Commission. The compensation to the Sales Agent for sales of the Common Shares hereunder shall be a percentage (not to exceed 1.00%) of the gross offering proceeds of the Common Shares sold by the Sales Agent pursuant to this Agreement (the “Selling Commission”). The Company may sell Common Shares to the Sales Agent as principal at a price agreed upon at the relevant Applicable Time.
