SELLING SHAREHOLDERS MENTIONED IN APPENDIX. I (each of the parties individually hereinafter referred to as the “Selling Shareholder”) In this Agreement, the parties mentioned in Appendix I shall collectively be referred to as the “Selling Shareholders” and individually as “Selling Shareholder”, as the context may require.
