Common use of Selling Stockholder Shares Clause in Contracts

Selling Stockholder Shares. If on the Closing Time or upon a Date of Delivery, if any, any Selling Shareholder fails to sell the Option Shares which such Selling Stockholder has agreed to sell on such date as set forth in Schedule I hereto, the Company agrees that it will sell or arrange for the sale of that number of shares of Common Stock to the Underwriters which represents the Option Shares which such Selling Stockholder has failed to so sell, or such lesser number as may be requested by the Representatives.
