Common use of Selling Stockholders' Counsel Clause in Contracts

Selling Stockholders' Counsel. The Company shall permit a ----------------------------- single firm of counsel, designated as selling stockholders' counsel by the Investors who hold a majority of the Registrable Securities being sold, to review and comment on the Registration Statement(s) and all amendments and supplements thereto a reasonable period prior to their filing with the SEC, and shall not file any document in a form to which such counsel reasonably objects.

Failure to object in writing within three days shall be deemed to be an approval of the Registration Statement (s).
