Common use of Selling Stockholders’ Documents Clause in Contracts

Selling Stockholders’ Documents. On or before the Closing Date, the Selling Stockholder shall have furnished for review by the Underwriter copies of such information, certificates and documents as the Underwriter may reasonably request.
