Common use of Selling Stockholders’ Documents Clause in Contracts

Selling Stockholders’ Documents. On the date hereof, the Company and the Selling Stockholder shall have furnished for review by the Representatives a copy of the Custody Agreement executed by the Selling Stockholder and such further information, certificates and documents as the Representatives may reasonably request.

Selling Stockholders’ Documents.
