Semiannual Payments. Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, the first semiannual payment of principal and interest on this loan shall be due and payable no later than one year after the project completion date or initiation of operation date, whichever comes first. Thereafter, equal payments shall be due every six months. If the due date for any semiannual payment falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or designated holiday for Washington State agencies, the payment shall be due on the next business day for Washington State agencies. Payments shall be mailed to: Department of Ecology Cashiering Unit P.O. Box 47611 Olympia WA 98504-7611 In lieu of mailing payments, electronic fund transfers can be arranged by working with ECOLOGY’s Financial Manager. No change to the amount of the semiannual principal and interest payments shall be made without a mutually signed amendment to this agreement. The RECIPIENT shall continue to make semiannual payments based on this agreement until the amendment is effective, at which time the RECIPIENT’s payments shall be made pursuant to the amended agreement.

Semiannual Payments. In each year the amount of royalty due shall be calculated semiannually on a cash received basis as of the end of each Accounting Period and shall be paid semiannually within the sixty (60) days next following such date, every such payment to be supported by the accounting prescribed in Section 6.3.

  • Rental Payments Tenant shall pay Rent to Landlord for --------------- each month during the Lease Term as provided in this Lease. Rent shall be due and payable in advance on the first (1st) day of each month during the Lease Term. If the Commencement Date is a date other than the first (1st) day of a calendar month, the Rent for the portion of the calendar month in which the Commencement Date occurs shall be due and payable on the Commencement Date; and the Rent for such partial month shall be prorated based upon the number of days from the Commencement Date to the end of that calendar month. Any charges or other sums payable by Tenant to Landlord under the terms of this Lease shall be considered as additional Rent. No payment by Tenant or receipt by Landlord of a lesser amount than the total amount of Rent then due shall be deemed to be other than on account of the earliest past due installment of Rent required to be paid under this Lease. No endorsement or statement on any check or in any letter accompanying any check or payment of Rent shall ever be deemed an accord and satisfaction, and Landlord may accept such check or payment without prejudice to Landlord's right to recover the balance of the Rent then due or to pursue any other remedy available under this Lease, at law, or in equity.

  • Overdue Payments Lessee shall pay interest on all overdue payments of Rent or other monetary amounts due hereunder at the rate of fifteen percent (15%) per annum or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is less, accruing from the date such Rent or other monetary amounts were properly due and payable.
