Senior Academic Administrators. 17.05.1 When serving as a member of a Personnel Committee, Senior Academic Administrators and representatives of the Association shall not have a vote but shall have the right to participate in the activities of the Committee in all other respects, except as set out in Article 17.05.2. 17.05.2 It shall be the responsibility of the Xxxx in the case of a Search Committee or a STP Committee, and of the Vice- President (Academic) in the case of an Appeal Committee, to advise the committee of its rights and responsibilities pursuant to this Collective Agreement, and also of the requirements of procedural fairness and equitable treatment in general. The Xxxx, in the case of increment decisions, may also provide evidence for equitable treatment, subject to Article 9.
